House Party Review

House Party is a simulator of – what do you think? – a house party. There are no restrictions when you’re having fun. So this game is anything but decent. If you like playing games that explicit, install House Party for Windows. But you can’t twitch it because of a ban, y’all been warned.

Graphics 5/5

Oh, it’s quite a realistic 3D first-person RPG. It matters that it’s first-person… for example when you want to look at your zipper. Yes, it’s just what you think about. Hot half-dressed girls, bully boys, drinking, dancing, and more are delivered realistically. As for voicing, it’s very expressive too, full of hot hints, as well as explicit four-letter words. It’s a house party, so no censorship.

Gameplay 5/5

So, you’re a guy attending a house party, invited by your friend – the only one you know there. Not that it’s the sort of fun you want, but, as you’re here, why not pick a girl and spend the rest of the night away with her? The problem is, you are a complete stranger at this party, and not that everyone acted friendly. But there are chances to set this night on fire, so act, dude!

What can you do? Walk from room to room, make contacts, try to talk. Drink. Reply when spoken to (if anyone cares). Select the answer you consider right and play anything but nice. It’s the house party, so no rules apply.

And feel free to take anything you want. You’re here to make such a noise that petty theft is nothing. The party is to be hot – so hot that it’s banned on Twitch. Because any storyline you can select will be indecent enough.

Controls 5/5

The game is designed to be played with the keyboard-and-mouse setup, and it’s quite familiar for first-person games. Use WASD to move, E to pick items, move mouse to control the camera, left-click to choose. And… if you press P, you’ll whip something out of your pants. Yes, it’s an essential part of the gameplay. It had to be mentioned, sorry.

Replay Value 5/5

Like a choice-based game, House Party offers various scenarios to play. In it, you can choose different manners, turn to different people, visit other rooms and talk to other people, and not only talk. Now the game offers more than 25 storylines and adding. More than that: third-party (third-house-party?) writers can invent their own scenarios with the characters.

The Bottom Line

It’s one of the best RPGs you may run into unless its premise and the content get you shocked. If you’re too much of a moralist to identify with the horny meathead protagonist and see the girls as the game rather than personalities, this is definitely not your sort of game. It retains the spirit of teenage comedies of the 1990s, though, and it’s the reason.

Conclusion

Totally politically incorrect. Shocking and savagely horny. So scandalous it’s banned on some decent sites. And extremely funny. Install House Party to learn why.
